The design partner program

Design partners are the small number of teams using TOVIO before general availability, in direct contact with the person building it.

What partners get

• A segmented board. Visible only to design partners, so you can describe your actual workflow without publishing it to a public portal.
• A private ticket channel, shared with partners directly rather than published anywhere.
• Weighted priority. A partner blocker outranks a public feature request during triage.
• Direct contact with the person who writes the code, rather than a support tier.
• A monthly summary on the partner board: the top-voted open items, and the declines with their reasons.

What partners do not get

A service level agreement, a delivery date, or a support contract. TOVIO is pre-release and publishes no response-time commitments to anyone, partners included. What partners get is faster attention, not a promise.

The rules still apply

The segmented board is hosted by the same third-party vendor as the public ones. It is more private, not private. Do not paste repository contents, keys, or customer data into it, and route a suspected vulnerability to security@tovio.dev rather than to a partner board or a ticket.

Filing on someone's behalf

We will only file a post under your name and email after asking you in writing and getting a yes, because an on-behalf post creates a contact record for you and does not notify you that it exists. Without that consent we write the post ourselves — without your company name and without quoting you — and follow up with you by email instead.

The occasional question

Partners who have been active for a while get an occasional plain email asking how they would feel if they could no longer use TOVIO, with four fixed answers and one optional line. It is hand-written and hand-counted, not a survey tool, and there is no in-product prompt behind it.

Becoming a partner

Partnering is a conversation, not a form. If you are running TOVIO on real work and want that contact, say so on a public post or through the contact route on tovio.dev.
