Four plans, plus one add-on. Prices are per seat per month; annual billing is cheaper per seat.

Free — $0	Unlimited public repositories and 1 private one, with up to 5 policy declarations. 5 GB storage, 90-day history, 100 agent sessions. No hosted CI-minutes included — those are pay as you go. Solo permission tier.
Personal — $4/month, or $3/month billed annually	One seat. Unlimited private repositories and unlimited policy declarations, 10 GB, 180-day history, 500 agent sessions, 500 hosted CI-minutes per month. Solo permission tier.
Business — $12/seat/month, or $10 billed annually	Up to 50 seats. Per seat: 25 GB, 2,000 agent sessions, and 500 hosted CI-minutes per month, with the CI grant clamped to at least 1,000 and at most 12,000 for the organization. One-year history. Team permission tier.
Enterprise — $20/seat/month, 12-month commitment	A shared isolated tenant. Per seat: 100 GB, 10,000 agent sessions, and 500 hosted CI-minutes per month, clamped to at least 5,000 and at most 40,000 for the organization. Two-year history and five-year audit retention. Enterprise permission tier.
Enterprise dedicated — $2,500/organization/month	An add-on to Enterprise: dedicated tenancy, a 99.99% availability commitment, premium support, and bring-your-own CI runners.

Only active human members consume a seat

Pending invitations, AI agents, CI identities, and service identities do not. An agent fleet does not multiply your bill by seat — agents are metered as sessions. This is the definition the catalog uses everywhere the word seat appears.

How the CI allowance is computed

Included hosted CI-minutes are granted per seat, then clamped between a floor and a ceiling:

included = min(ceiling, max(floor, per_seat × active human seats))

So on Business, at 500 per seat with a floor of 1,000 and a ceiling of 12,000:

A flat organization pool costs the same to serve at one seat as at fifty, so it would be the entire margin at the bottom of the range and a rounding error at the top; an unbounded per-seat grant fails the other way. The clamp is what holds at both ends. Free and Personal state a flat number instead, because Personal cannot exceed one seat and Free includes none.

Storage and sessions scale per seat too

On Business and Enterprise, the storage and agent-session allowances are per seat and are not clamped. A 20-seat Business organization has 500 GB and 40,000 sessions included; a 20-seat Enterprise organization has 2,000 GB and 200,000. Free and Personal state flat numbers.

Annual billing

Personal and Business each have a cheaper annual rate: $3 rather than $4, and $10 rather than $12. Enterprise has one rate, $20 per seat per month on a twelve-month commitment — there is no month-to-month Enterprise and no separate annual discount on top of the commitment.

Trials and previews

Business includes a 14-day trial with no card. Production Enterprise starts paid immediately; a free preview of at most 30 days is available for evaluating the control plane, with production use and dedicated tenancy disabled for its duration.

Enterprise availability

The catalog marks Enterprise with an availability gate tied to the Enterprise evidence programme: independent assurance, scale and failure evidence, and the enterprise key-authority work. The plan becomes orderable when that evidence is complete, and the catalog says so rather than listing it as though it were already on the shelf.
